Our Goal is to provide no hassle returns, warranty coverage, and exchanges.  Please 

note our policies below. 

 

ADVANCED BATTERY SYSTEMS RETURN POLICY

Our well trained sales associates ensure you that you are getting the correct battery for type of application by qualifying our customers. However, here at Advanced Battery Systems we understand that you may need to return a product for many different reasons. That is why we setup the following return policy.

 ·        You must obtain a RMA number from Advanced Battery Systems prior to returning the merchandise.

 ·        No product will be accepted without an RMA number

 ·        No returns after 15 days

 ·        There is 20% restocking charge on any non-defective product that is returned.

 ·        Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective products.

 ·        If product is defective replacement will be sent out immediately
